Alkoomi Black Label Chardonnay 2016

Has an old school feel to it: less of the funk and more of the oaky hunk. There's citrus, stone fruit and more oak present on the palate via spice and cedar.

In addition: creamy citrus, stonefruit. Excellent value wine for those seeking something  deliciously 'old school'. 91

Tasted on: Sunday 8th January, a Fruit to Root day
Source: Sample
Price: $24
Alcohol: 12.9%
Closure: Screwcap
