Zonin Ice Prosecco Demi-Sec NV


Recommended to be served over ice. 

Doing so does seem to embolden the wine.Without, it's soft, delicate, you can almost sense the fuzzy peach skin. 

Given that, it would perhaps suit a Bellini, its inherent sweet pitch a natural against that. A little minerally zing. No doubting the freshness of the wine, a little sweetness and spritz is probably best how to sum this up. No frills fun. 87
