Patina Scandalous Riesling 2014

Very pronounced citrus here: lemon, lime, lemon butter. There's even something a touch more tropical: suggestive of pineapple juice

The palate thick and broad, the residual sweetness (18 g/l) shining through - albeit lacking some balancing acid. Fruit quality high, giving some length. Overall simple, missing that balancing acid, but inoffensive. 87

Tasted on: Wednesday 11th January, a Root to Flower day
Source: Sample
Price: $25
Alcohol: 12%
Closure: Screwcap
