Preveli Methode Traditionnelle Blanc de Noir 2010

Time on lees has lent this savoury notes, of Wholemeal bread, Quince, red apple and light spice.

Citrus elements, an assertive petillence - not such the finesse of finer examples - it's clean, and the cleansing acidity does its job.

Clean and fresh with some complexity from age. 88

Tasted on: Monday 19th November
Source: Retail
Price: $34.95
Alcohol: 12.5%
Closure: DIAM
