Huntington Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Bin 24 2015

Dusty, cocoa nib nose. Hints of earth, in that Mudgee manner - terroir in action.

Requisite blackcurrant fruit on the palate, generously spiced, cedary. There's hints of licorice that - for this gentleman amateur anyway - form the significant memory of the finish.

Generous length, savoury, gentle. 92

Tasted on: Thursday 30th May, a Leaf day
Source: Sample
Price: $32
Alcohol: 13.5%
Closure: Screwcap
