View Road Piccadilly Valley Chardonnay 2013

A recent move found this lurking at the back of the cupboard...

Nutty, funky, yeasty - great aromas here. A year in bottle suggests it's fleshed a little, having taken on depth of colour in glass.

Great depth of flavour: a little caramel, baked citrus and furtive spice lurking in the background, rounding out the palate. 91

Tasted on: Thursday 19th May, a Root to Flower
Source: Sample
Price: $37
Alcohol: 13.3%
Closure: Screwcap
