Chapel Hill McLaren Vale Shiraz 2011

Cool peppery twist over liquorice  shows plum and damson over choc-nut oak. It's medium bodied, lighter than McLaren Vale Shiraz you may be used too.

Nicely pitched acid against the balance of fruit and oak. Brambly with good length of flavour. Persistent: black pepper, liquorice and fine tannin see you home here. 90 - Good

Tasted on: Friday 26th July, a Flower Day
