Taylor's Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Chocolate, cedar, wood spice - good aromatic and fresh intro.

Blackcurrant, vanilla, twists of herb; splash of.acid for freshness. Moderate grain of tannin, herbal bitterness on the finish. 

Good wine, Clare Valley doing Cabernet well, as it can. 89
