Ferngrove Majestic Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Delicate Cabernet on offer here. Assured, in how it delivers its notes of cedar, supplemented with subtle suggestions of sage, blackcurrant and even a little milk chocolate.

Deliciously medium bodied, a fine lick of tannin that makes its presence known early, travelling long and broad across the palate. There’s a little of the pencil shaving oak present too, well handled.

Delivers reasonably well on the finish, although more for now than the cellar. 2017-2022 89
