d'Arenberg Stephanie The Gnome With Rose Tinted Glasses Shiraz Sangiovese Rosé 2017

It wouldn't have surprised me if the title for this one broke the field length validation rules of the underlying database for this 'site.....

Classic Berry leads here, with herbal tints. It's not particularly pronounced, or overt, no bad thing IMO. Rounded palate entry, initial hints of very fruit sweetness against a balancing savoury aspect.

The lasting memory is of berry fruit tied to a skinsy phenolic feel. Good wine; fun and no-nonsense. 87
