Tim Adams Semillon 2014

Citrus, butter menthol, hints of lanolin, waxed/ candied lime.

Curious citrus, touch honeyed. Gravelly, quartz like across the palate, somewhat disjointed - but I like it. Bold, generous length, keen to see what becomes of it. 90+

Tasted on: Friday 10th February, a Leaf day
Source: Sample
Price: $24
Alcohol: 12%
