Chapel Hill The Parson Shiraz 2015

Rich, plummy, a little choc-toffee.  

Rich and robust, generous in the mouth. Flaked chocolate, berry compote, suggestion of tannin. Good lingering finish

A little acidic pitch to freshen. Simple, yet of substance. 89
