Claymore Wines Joshua Tree Watervale Riesling 2015

Perfumed, lime with a touch of green apple and florals.

Minerally, dry, sharp and focussed acid. Doesn't see as much flavour on the palate as you'd expect. Has a little of that gin n tonic minerality.

Good length, would like to see a little more flavour intensity. 90

Tasted on: Sun 17th Jan, a Fruit day
Source: Retail, The Wine Room Ashgrove
