Carries a little of the grass and herbaceous character married to a little pear drop character.Clean and crisp, with snap to attention acidity. It's tropical fruit nature, married to lime and lemongrass, adds to the sense of enjoyment, elevating it from the mundane Sauv that is plentiful on the shelves of bottleshops across the land.
