Schwarz Meta Mataro 2015

Really enjoying the lighter, sympathetic styles of Mataro on offer. An even hand without sacrificing Mataro's inherent character. Here beautiful perfume: kirsch and aromatic spices, with 27% whole bunch lending a little additional depth.

It's light, lithe and nimble - treading it's silken path across the palate. Free from the shackles of oak, at 13.7% it's clearly picked with intent to be a lighter expression. A squeeze rather than Mataro's usual hug.

Finishes clean, fresh and with a lick of licorice for a final flourish. 91
