Edenflo Lemon Krush 2021

Eden Valley Semillon and Chardonnay with extended skin contact. Creates a lightly cloudy wine, almost lemon barley like in appear. Krushing it.

Grapefruit, dried ginger, preserved lemons. Fresh style - yet I'd suggest the palate is where the real excitement is.

A textural deliciousness married to a minerally zing, a three-way unison with a spine of acid carrying this one through the finish.

There's a savoury edge to the wine through its final third, you think you have its mark, and yet it delivers something more. At turns it's an ultra-refreshing wine, a textural wunderkind, then overall a wine of class and refined length. Big fan here. 93
