Katnook Founder's Block Sauvignon Blanc 2017

There's no making mistaking the grape variety in this glass, it's all gooseberry and herb, subtle tropical inflections sit lingering in the background. 

Packs a punch on the palate with an intensity and focus: mineral tinged, acid flecked, supplemented by the topical fruit brought forward on waves of acidity. 90
